How do budgies and the notorious Kray Brothers prove the existence of telepathy?
The gangland bosses demonstrated the uncanny ability of identical twins to communicate beyond the realm of the five senses. Independently of each other, brothers Ron and Reg both bought budgies and cages at the same time, and then wrote telling their twin of their new pets. Their letters crossed in the post! Psychic researcher Guy Lyon Playfair claims that such ‘information only’ transmissions are unusual. Most case studies of identical twins reveal that “telepathy works best when it has to, especially at a time of crisis or strong emotion, and when its participants are not only highly motivated to succeed but are convinced in advance that they can succeed.”
According to Playfair, telepathy works across an ‘empathy field’ formed between those with strong emotional bonds, most commonly twins, mothers and babies, and dogs and their owners. Twins can experience pain and injury simultaneously when on different continents, mothers and babies communicate without words, and dogs anticipate their owner’s homecoming. Experiments at the University of Mexico have demonstrated that such a field exists by using meditators to prove they could communicate psychically with one another under laboratory conditions.
Recent advances in science have caused speculation that telepathy could be explained by quantum physics. Experiments have proved that at a sub-microscopic level, particles ‘communicate’ with one another in defiance of the laws of time and space. Photons from an atom emitted become ‘entangled’ to such an extent that when separated by long distances one reacts to what is being done to the other. Playfair advances the theory that twins who were literally entangled until birth are communicating beyond the four dimensions according to a similar principle. Such investigations, he believes, are taking us to the threshold of new knowledge.
