If hay-fever is ruining your summer, perhaps it is time you turned to crystal power for relief. By doing so you will be tapping into a natural healing energy used by ancient cultures. They often wore crystal jewellery for its health-giving properties, rather than for aesthetic reasons.

Oldfield uses crystals to treat a whole range of ailments, from hay-fever to cancer. I recently tried one of his mobile units which pulse energy through a small tube of multi-coloured crystals for my hayfever with remarkable results. I placed it a hand’s breadth below my throat and within a couple of minutes my itching eyes, irritated sinuses and sneezing ceased completely.

“The setting we use for hay-fever,” Harry told me, “stimulates the heart chakra - or energy centre - which stimulates the thymus which controls the immune system. The energy message tells the heart chakra to calm down and the symptoms subside rapidly.” These portable devices are not cheap but the one I used worked amazingly well on me and also on the most sceptical of hay-fever sufferers I had with me.
