Inner Stillness
“When you lose touch with inner stillness, you lose touch
with yourself. When you lose touch with yourself, you lose yourself
in the world.”
Best-selling author Eckhart Tolle believes
that our future is dependent on embracing our own inner wisdom.
“It is inner stillness that will save and transform the world...
Cleverness devoid of wisdom is extremely dangerous and destructive.”
Our true identity, which he insists has nothing to do with the
content of our lives or the thoughts we think, resides in this
deep, quiet place. He believes in the eternal power of Now:
“Most people confuse the Now with what happens in the Now, but
that’s not what it is. The Now is deeper than what happens in
it. It is the space in which it happens.”
Superfood
Number 3: Alfalfa Sprouts
Try the super-nutrition of the mighty DIY alfalfa sprout.
All you need is a jam jar, a tablespoon of seeds and you can
produce a kilo of organic, perfectly fresh salad. Centuries
ago, Arab horse breeders gave the sprout its name – “The father
of all foods” – when they discovered that they benefited as
much as their prized stallions from its delicious, nutritional
power. Packed with vitamins and minerals, sprouts are effective
in aiding some stomach ailments and losing weight. To grow alfalfa
sprouts: Soak the seeds in a large glass jar overnight. Drain
off the water and place in a dark cupboard. Rinse and drain
twice a day. After six days, place on a sunny window sill for
a few hours, then they will be green and ready to eat.

SOUL
PSI-POWER
A computer game played by mind power can heal
emotional and physical traumas and open the mind to spiritual
discovery. After just ten sessions, according to neuro-feedback
specialist Marty Wuttke, most people can generate
the right brainwaves to make a dolphin swim in a smooth line across
the screen. Such training repairs brain imbalances, caused by
emotional trauma and disease, allowing it to heal itself. Wuttke
says: “When the brain is healed, the mind heals; when the mind
heals, emotions heal; when emotions heal, the body heals. Then,
the soul can express to its fullest potential.”
