Have you ever experienced deja-vu, that feeling you have been here before? I get this regularly. Scientists say this means the two halves of my brain aren’t matching up – but how would they know? For two years my Psychic Challenge has been creating incredible effects. Up to 75 per cent of you have been hitting the right answer, week after week – though the laws of chance say it’s impossible. Science can’t explain this, so it ignores it! But here’s something I can’t explain – for the past month, the results have been almost exactly what chance would dictate. Last week, for example 50.7 per cent chose Option 1, with 49.3 per cent going for Option 2 (the correct answer, digital clock). Jonathan tells me cheerfully that this means half of you must be super-psychics. My own opinion is that recent world turmoil has caused turbulence in the psychic atmosphere, making it harder for mental communications to travel smoothly. Let’s all focus on calming thoughts for our planet. If there’s a strong positive result for this week’s challenge, we’ll know we’re winning.
