The Taoist yin-yang symbol

A Baha’i star

The result of the last Psychic Challenge:
Last week I was focusing on the clock set at ten minutes to two, Option 1 (58 per cent correct).
Last week's winner: Matt Holme, Windsor

Since deciding to use just two images in the Psychic Challenge instead of four, I am sure that it has helped me focus even more – and that means you pick up a stronger signal. Tune in to my mind right now – then focus on these two symbols.

John Fashanu amazed me when we met last week – I bent a spoon for him and he immediately said, “I think I could learn to do that with Reiki energy.” I loved his jungle performance in I’m A Celebrity, and I knew he would want to focus on the paranormal. But I had no idea Fash was a student of the ancient Japanese system of spiritual healing called Reiki. I am Jewish, but I deeply believe that all religions put us in touch with our higher selves, whether we follow Islam, Christianity, Rasta or another path. Just like yoga and Buddhism, Reiki is real because it works. So, this week I’ve chosen two religious symbols for the Psychic Challenge – the nine-pointed Baha’i star and the Taoist yin-yang sign. Both are wonderfully relaxing images for meditation.
