Dear Ros
Jonathan writes:
Capricorns are usually straight, honest and responsible.
They only lie when they are very upset, disturbed or afraid. Your boyfriend
must have big problems. I'll let my fellow astrologers say more about these,
but, whatever they suggest, I suggest this: leave him. He is about as much
use to you as a chocolate teapot.

Astrolivelink's Patty Greenall writes:
Instead of pointing your finger, try to look at what
you may learn about yourself. No-one likes being lied to and this
unfortunately builds mistrust. It takes courage to own up to mistakes and he
obviously does not feel safe to reveal the truth. It's a vicious circle. The
horary chart suggests that you'll come apart before you could get together. A
heart-to-heart discussion that is absent of blame would help to bring a sense
of security whether or not you decide to stick it out.

Guest astrologer Chris Marshall writes:
With many planets in
Capricorn besides the Sun, your boyfriend is capable of making money. He
needs more maturity and this will develop with his Saturn return which begins
during August. Neptune conjunct Venus in your natal chart makes you
unrealistically idealistic in love. The crunch point in this romance came in
mid-June with Saturn opposing Venus and Neptune. If you don't feel secure
with him soon, you may never be.

Dear Gemma
Jonathan writes:
Why do you want MORE predictions? Haven't you read enough
already? Beware, please, the notion that anyone can ever tell you exactly
what lies in store. Fortune-tellers (like me) read possibilities or, if they
are very shrewd, probabilities. But you, always, have the power to choose
your own destiny. Lighten up and stop worrying about "personal growth".
That's a very dull and intense thing to aspire to!

Astrolivelink's Patty Greenall writes:
What you're describing is a Pluto transit; intense and
transformational. Pluto is a very slow-moving planet and would not influence
all Virgoans but you happen to have many planets in Virgo, and Pluto appears
to affect your chart, at present. You're likely to be naturally self-critical
and during this period, this tendency is heightened but I can assure you that
your personal growth is not being inhibited. On the contrary, you're learning
a great deal about what no longer serves you, for example, a demand for
perfection. Letting go of this kind of quality is like a death experience
because it is an integral part of you, yet it would be life-changing and
incredibly liberating to do so. This phase will pass. By the end of the year,
there will be a new you.

Guest astrologer Chris Marshall writes:
The Sun, Moon and three planets in Virgo in your natal chart makes you
analytical and self-critical. With Saturn squaring Neptune, your childhood
didn't encourage emotional self-expression even though Mars in Scorpio
indicates hidden emotional intensity. Revealing those deep feelings requires
lowering yourself to the level of others who you secretly judge for their
inconsistency. Saturn, now in Gemini, is bringing your ambitions within
reach. Regeneration comes in early 2003 when Uranus in Pisces helps you
release mental detachment and embrace the messy but exciting world of romance.
