PREVIOUS THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

March 28 2011 to April 3 2011

Monday March 28
Light Sensitivity

Dear Mr Cainer,
My husband also somehow manages to (unintentionally) turn off street lamps as he approaches them. I've witnessed this regularly for 20 years. It happens when we are walking and driving. It doesn't happen when I am with other people. But, I swear, it is a definite phenomenon. Sarah

Jonathan,
Unfortunately, I too seem to be highly sensitive and can tell when people have recently died. When I mention this, people look at me like I am crazy. ...until they hear the news that the person has passed. I am glad to hear I am not alone... Karyn

Tuesday March 29
Dream On

Jonathan, Not only do I think of recently deceased friends, I know they are gone. In my dreams, I receive a visitation. Generally, the person appears as I knew them when they were in my life. I find out soon after that the person has passed. This is freaky, but has happened four times at least! Also, when I was much younger, my grandmother lived with us. I awoke suddenly, knowing something was wrong with her. She was in the midst of a massive heart attack and could not speak. Ultimately, I was able to alert my parents. Judith

Wednesday March 30
Collision Course

Dear Jonathan,
The Large Hadron Collider was recently switched back on. Has this contributed to the natural disasters occurring around the world? Janet

Dear Janet,
I still have misgivings about what havoc this experiment might eventually play with the space-time continuum. But the New Zealand and Japanese earthquakes occurred before the Collider was switched to what, this year at least, will be 'full power'. Unnervingly, though, if you were to ask your question to an expert physicist, they would not say, categorically, 'no'. The best you'd get would be that there's a 'low probability' of a link.

Thursday March 31
Water Works

I have long admired the work of eminent Japanese scientist, Masaru Emoto. He maintains that water has a memory, a sensitivity, even a 'consciousness'. These are far fetched concepts to some. But to me, as an astrologer, they make much sense. Doctor Emoto says "During over twenty years of research of water crystal photographic technology, I have witnessed that water can turn positive when it receives pure vibration no matter how far away it is sent from." At noon today Dr Emoto would like you to join him in a prayer to the water, now being used to cool the reactors at Fukushima. He believes it could make a difference. So do I.

P.S. The email in which I received this information suggested Noon local time (wherever you are). Which means Dr Emoto doesn't feel it must be a 'simultaneous worldwide transmission in order to have potency'. So if you forget at Noon, do it when you remember. Or just do it now!

Friday April 1
Pluto Effect

Dear Jonathan,
Are these recent disasters Pluto's revenge for us demoting this planet? Hilda

Dear Hilda,
Not quite. But there is a kind of connection. Pluto represents the thing the whole world is most afraid of. It passes through a new sector of the sky every couple of decades, each time raising a new terror, represented by dramatic change, associated with a 'negative quality' of that zodiac sign. Next week, I'll explain more but today, let's note that Pluto has just moved into Capricorn, the sign that rules, mountains, rocks and tectonic plates. Suddenly, we're scared of our planet itself.

Saturday April 2
Your April Monthly Forecast

The main action on April's heavenly stage involves 'noises off', planets rising and setting so close to the Sun that we can't see them at all. We only know where they are because our tables of planetary movement tell us. How clever the ancients must have been to deduce such information from studying the sky. They needed to know it, though, because they wanted to predict important alignments, such as conjunctions of Mars and Jupiter that warned of new leaders and rare victories. In April, we won't see these two planets draw closer - but we'll sense their influence.
