PREVIOUS THOUGHTS FOR THE DAY

March 2 2020 to March 8 2020

Monday March 2

Reward!

The week ahead is so full of inter-planetary relationships that it will take some unpicking; but, as it begins with Venus moving from its dynamic link with Pluto to form a similar one with Saturn, one thing we can't afford to do is shirk the work. Well... not if we want tangible, solid results. The cosmos is encouraging us to tackle difficult things; to step forward with purpose and strive to achieve our goals. If we take advantage of the bold creative energy on offer, our efforts will soon be rewarded.

All Together Now

Recently I was at a sparsely attended gig. As the musicians introduced their final song, they encouraged the audience to join in. Without the anonymity of large crowds it takes courage to sing along, and the band was sympathetic to this. They said, 'If you don't want to, you don't have to. But if you want to, you have to.' It inspired a rousing finale. Thanks to Mercury and Venus, we could all benefit from some gentle, well-intentioned peer pressure helping us to act on unspoken desires.

Wednesday March 4

Being Right Happy

Mercury returns briefly into Aquarius today in the final stage of its retrograde phase. It's revisiting issues that may pick at scabs or poke our bruises. But, though damage and baggage feature in all our lives, the cosmic climate suggests that all's fair now - at least in love, if not war. Mercury's relationship with Venus encourages reconnection with old allies and bonds formed over shared battle scars. Sometimes it's more important to be right than happy. With kind words we may get to be both.

Thursday March 5

Dare to Dream

Appropriately, as we approach International Women's Day, Venus is playing a prominent role in the astrological weather. Today, the planet often associated with feminine energy moves into 'her' sensuous and productive Taurean home. Here she encourages us to appreciate the pleasures life brings. The world is far from being equal or fair, so it's important we still dare to dream of better things. But that shouldn't stop us from acknowledging and rewarding the good that has already been done.

Friday March 6

The Big Picture

Yesterday we talked about appreciating what we have. That's partly because, this weekend, we'll focus more on what we don't have! As the Sun and Neptune converge, Venus and Uranus do the same, with both events linking sharply to one another as the Supermoon approaches. We're being encouraged to appreciate the value of change and to recognise the importance of a grand vision if we want to achieve something significant. Details are important, but big pictures inspire revolution.

Saturday March 7

Your Weekly Horoscope

Native Americans call this week's Virgoan Supermoon the Worm Moon, because it signals the approach of warmer weather; as the earth softens, the earthworms re-emerge. Wherever we are on the planet, there's a softness to the astrological climate. Sensitive Neptune converges with the Sun opposite the Supermoon, and links with kindly Venus, which entwines with revolutionary Uranus. Any realisations will feel more like a gentle dawning than a dramatic breakthrough.

Remember, your Love Forecast today does not just cover romance. A love forecast may also have something to say about your family life, your closest friendships and even some of your most important working relationships.
