Quarter Moon in Leo
This week brings the first quarter Moon in Leo, which is emboldening us with the confidence to push ourselves to meet the potential of a promise we have made. Being loyal to others comes much more easily to most of us, than honouring a commitment we have made to ourselves. We are much more inclined to stick at something if we fear letting somebody else down.
This week, the Moon is offering us an important lesson in caring for ourselves. When we show up for our own innermost needs we build our self-esteem, and in turn, through taking better care of ourselves, we can care better for others too. Laughter is the most effective healing energy and the Moon in joyful Leo reminds us that it is possible to lead by positive example, and that includes making time for play!
Whatever you committed to during last week's New Moon period is ready for you to act on. Be brave enough to do what is right, and the right things will happen for you. As the Moon moves through Virgo and into Libra you may feel compelled to get things right and to seek a balance between working towards your purpose and letting go in pleasure and play. You need both, equally!
