Your August Monthly Forecast: Sometimes, we get tunes stuck in our head. They go round and round. They sing themselves to us, even when we don't want them to. Often, if we find them annoying or irritating, they do it even more! Tunes, though, we can live with. Thoughts are a different matter. Worrying notions are swimming through your mind. You should try to think of these as whales or dolphins that have become inadvertently trapped in some small, unsuitable tank. Don't try to tame them, and don't feed them. Look for a way to lead them back out to sea and set them free. See the 'bigger picture' and they'll start to look much smaller. If you can't change a situation, you can at least change the way it makes you feel. And that, in its own way, will changes everything in August.
