Your Week Ahead: Other people's mistakes are easy to spot. We can stand back, look at their lives and with the lofty luxury of detachment, pronounce judgement whilst dispensing advice. But it might seem very different if we were standing in their shoes - or they were in ours. What's needed in your life now is dialogue not monologue. It is more important to achieve empathy and understanding than to get across a point or to push plans to a premature conclusion. The equinox is a time for subtle rebalancing of relationships, systems and processes. Venus and Jupiter insist that if you go about this with sensitivity, you will have great success. You are not the same person you used to be. You are learning, growing and changing. You have been doing this all your life, to some extent, but your process of personal development is now being rapidly accelerated. More profound adjustments lie ahead. Allow, this week, for the fact that you are in a process of transition. Recognise too, that someone else is going through their own journey of discovery. Don't assume they'll never alter their own ideas. As long as you don't 'polarise' a situation by making them defend a position that you want them to alter, you may begin to see signs that they want to alter it too.
