Power for Taurus 2001 was a year full of good ideas. You came up with solution after solution and invention after invention. Yet somehow, you were unable to put very many of these into practice. You didn't have enough money, you didn't have enough time and you didn't have enough support from others. None of this stopped you from trying very hard to make progress not did it prevent you from coming up with yet more brilliant insights and intelligent schemes. Eventually, you became disillusioned and it began to seem to you as if you were banging your head against a brick wall. Your head may continue to ache for a few months to come but as the pain of frustration gradually recedes you will begin to notice that the wall is starting to crumble. First you will see a crack and then a gaping hole through which the daylight of new opportunity shines brightly. As you go further into 2002 you will become surrounded by like minded individuals who are sympathetic to your cause and it is through them that you will gradually gain the power that you seemingly lost last year and now miss so sorely. Once you do get it back it will be ten times stronger than before. Money for Taurus If you seek solvency in 2002 you had better act fast. Mars, in March, is due to enter your sign - to be followed soon after by Venus. While financial opportunities will continue to present themselves all year, some of the best and brightest of these are due to arise between now and your birthday. Rarely have you had such a chance to improve your outlook. The planets suggest your life is currently more expensive than it needs to be. It is not that you are indulging in too many luxuries, rather that you are paying far more than you should for what you perceive to be a necessity. Events in the next couple of months should demonstrate that you can reduce a particularly large outgoing expense without suffering any sense of loss. Indeed, once you have found the courage to make a brave choice it should be clear that you are better off in every way as a result of the move you have made. Your finances in 2002 should stabilise comfortably towards the middle of the year and, while I predict no lottery wins or unexpected windfalls, you will end 2002 feeling more secure and stable than you have been in many a year. Overview for Taurus You know what kind of year you don't want. Here at least, you can be very clear about your desires and intentions for the next twelve months. There are certain experiences, struggles, dramas and traumas that you would definitely prefer not to repeat in 2002. 2001 gave you more than enough of these. Though you managed to get through it - and you're in pretty good shape, all things considered, still there are scars. Little inner wounds that make you wince when you think about them. Developments you regret - or even resent. Situations that you can't quite believe you got yourself into... and that you still don't feel convinced that you have yet got yourself out of. You are extra specially keen to ensure that this year, things really ARE different. And that's why you stand in danger of making a big mistake. You really shouldn't just try to forget 2001's more troublesome memories. You have been taught a great lesson and, if you learn it well, you'll sail smoothly through 2002 to success after success. But only, of course, if you apply what you have discovered. Imagine a student of French who has struggled for years to learn the grammar and pronunciation of this fine language - suddenly deciding that the whole process has been a waste of time and that the thing to do is give it all up and study Japanese instead. Maybe they had one bad session - or encountered one passage in a book that they could not translate. It gave them a headache. It posed them a problem. Yet are they not now wildly over reacting? If you now enter 2002 determined to alter course, to change direction, to fight with all your might to ensure that you don't end up once more where you ended up before... you'll risk making a similarly impulsive choice.
