Sometimes we describe things which develop over the long term as being akin to a Marathon, rather than a sprint. But learning to run, as anybody who remembers the beginning will tell you, tends to start with a little bit of sprinting. It is only with practice of the motion that the ability to prolong the endurance becomes possible. Therefore, there is no harm this week in trying your best in small bursts if you are not yet ready for a sustained effort! The long-term impact of turning up and trying your best will develop in its own time. In the meantime, keep putting one step in front of the other and don't be afraid to trip up. You are still making impressive progress.
